Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Framingham State University in 2002, my journey commenced with roles at a bankruptcy law firm, offering financial counseling, and an elementary school, providing technology support. Despite the dichotomy of these professions, my focus remained steadfast on pursuing graduate courses in financial planning, aiming to attain the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Yet, buoyed by the unwavering support of my wife, I discerned my true calling in educational technology. This realization prompted a courageous leap, transitioning to a full-time role as a Technology Integration Coordinator in 2010, relinquishing my legal and financial aspirations.

Educational Pursuits:
family-photo-2018Seeking to bolster my credibility as a technology leader, I embarked on graduate studies at Framingham State University in 2012, concurrently completing a certificate program in instructional technology proficiency. This educational voyage illuminated the symbiotic relationship between my efforts and tangible district and student outcomes improvements. In 2015, I proudly graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s in Education in Curriculum and Instructional Technology, equipping me with indispensable skills for my role as Director of Technology & Digital Learning.

Continual Growth:
Embracing the imperative for ongoing development, I pursued a rigorous graduate certificate program through the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), culminating in my certification as a Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL®), a distinction shared by only 14 individuals in Massachusetts. My thirst for knowledge persisted, culminating in completing my Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from the University of New England.

Passion and Purpose:
As I embark on over two decades in education, my passion is undiminished in preparing students for the multifaceted challenges of life beyond the classroom. Recognizing the pivotal role of transformative leadership in educational technology, I have honed my capacity to navigate budgetary constraints while upholding efficiency in my department. I firmly believe in the synergy between education and technology. I am committed to maintaining an acute awareness of emerging trends that best serve the needs of administration and faculty alike.

Expertise and Adaptability:
Augmented by experiential learning and curriculum-related coursework, I possess the insight to make informed decisions in the dynamic education landscape. This adaptability is one of my greatest assets, ensuring responsiveness to the ever-evolving needs of our educational community.
